Christopher Vega 
(13 years old) - came to the Casa Ignacio in December, 2006 after spending a few years in the same orphanage as Ruben, run by the Sisters of Charity.  He is tiny in size, very inquisitive and intelligent, also very sociable. His mother’s whereabouts are unknown and his father has alcohol problems.  The most influential person in his life has been his grandmother who has shown most interest in the boy.  He shows a lot of promise. He did very well in school during his two years with us.  Everyone in the school knows who “Christopher” is.  He also studies English after school.
