Cristian Sierra
(18 years old) - came to the Casa Ignacio in January, 2006.  He comes from a very poor family.  His single mother could not raise him for financial reasons, so he was placed in the same orphanage as all the boys in the Casa Javier. He graduated from high school in December, 2008.  He will begin a pre-college prep course in March to enter the Jesuit University, Ruiz de Montoya, in 2010, majoring in liberal arts.   He studied English in a language institute and travelled to the United States in 2008 on a student exchange and for promotional work for the PLF. He has also participated in several Jesuit-sponsored youth “immersion” group experiences in house construction in poorer areas of the country.
